  • Property Type - RETAIL: May include outparcels to a power center, grocery anchored center, or mall. Renovation of corner locations and neighborhood or community shopping centers.

  • Investment Size - $1M to $20M.

  • Markets - All states considered.

  • Location- Dominate retail trade areas with high traffic, excellent visibility, strong demographics, ease of property ingress/egress, or strategic locations to tenant needs.

  • Tenant Industries – National and regional-branded net-leased retailers/restaurants (fast-casual, QSR and coffee), health & wellness and grocery.

  • Tenant Credit – Most will be considered, including non-investment grade and private companies. We evaluate tenant’s ability to meet operational demands and lease obligations.
